D.A Daniel Donovan stated that “when the police arrived, there was no one in the driver’s seat…there was a lot of ‘I don’t remember who was driving [from the boys]’”.

The 21 year old will now be tried in court. His crime carries a minimum sentence of 1-3 years, and a maximum of 25 years in prison.
